For Schools
Our school programmes develop critical thinking about food security and environmental stewardship. Drawing from our experience in high-tech farming, policy development and industry standards, we offer students perspectives beyond the classroom and into the real world of food production.
What We Offer
Local and Global Context
Our programmes address Singapore’s unique challenges in food security and environmental sustainability, policies like the 30-by-30 goal, and how this relates to global perspectives. We connect classroom concepts to real-world applications that are directly relevant to students’ lives and futures.
Multi-Perspective Approach
We bring the abstract concept of sustainability and food security to life through workshops that connect government policy, industry practice, and future possibility. Our approach helps students understand not just what sustainable practices are, but why they matter in our unique local landscape.
In-Depth Learning
We don’t just stop at hands-on activities like harvesting. Our thought-provoking workshops, facilitated by a farming industry insider and educator, translate that into learning that challenges assumptions and develops critical thinking about the complex sustainability challenges facing our food systems.

Set up a farm in your school
Transform your school’s available space into a thriving educational farm and living laboratory.
1
Strategic Space Assessment
We evaluate your school’s available space and environmental conditions to determine the most suitable and educational growing options. Our assessment considers light levels, space constraints, and educational objectives to create a farm that serves as both a learning tool and productive growing space.
2
Tailored Growing Plan
Drawing from our industry knowledge and practical experience, we design growing plans that align with your curriculum goals and Singapore’s unique climate challenges. We recommend appropriate crops, growing systems, and maintenance requirements that fit your school’s specific context.
3
Ongoing Maintenance Support
We connect you with trusted maintenance partners who handle the day-to-day upkeep of the educational farm and help it to thrive as both an aesthetically pleasing and educational space, allowing teachers and students to focus on the learning rather than farm management.

If it’s light rain, we’ll carry on the tour as usual. In heavier rain, we limit the tour to the sheltered areas and greenhouses — which is where the bulk of the farm work is carried out, so you still get the full experience. We advise all participants to bring hats, umbrellas and other rain gear in case.
