What We Offer

Multi-Perspective Learning

We transform traditional team bonding into thought-provoking learning journeys that connect policy, practice, and possibility. Our workshops challenge participants to think critically about Singapore’s unique sustainability challenges while fostering meaningful collaboration among colleagues.

Meaningful Dialogue

Unlike standard CSR activities that stop at planting or harvesting, we create deeper engagement through facilitated dialogue about food security and environmental stewardship. Participants develop practical understanding of sustainability systems they can implement in workplace initiatives and personal consumption choices.

Sustained Engagement

For organisations seeking lasting impact, we design multi-session programmes that build progressive understanding over time. These longer-term engagements allow teams to witness growth cycles, implement learning, and develop genuine connection to sustainability practices.

  • Session 1: Farm Tour

    • Guided tour of Singapore’s first commercial rooftop farm at Woodlands, showcasing the hybrid greenhouse technology used in food production and highlighting innovations in urban farming

    • Learn about the farm’s journey from a community project to a thriving enterprise producing up to 1,000 kg of vegetables daily while maintaining a commitment to sustainability and community engagement through educational initiatives and support for the less-privileged

    Session 2: Workshop

    • Interactive sharing session at the location of your choice, discussing food security, environmental sustainability, and our unique challenges of producing food in a land-scarce nation

    • Reflection and discussion session that facilitates and consolidates learning, insights, and potential solutions to these challenges in a local and global context

  • Commercial rooftop farm in Woodlands for the farm tour, your company venue for the sharing session

  • 2 sessions of approximately 1.5 hours each

Set up a farm in your venue

Transform your available space into a thriving miniature farm.

1

Strategic Space Assessment

We evaluate your venue’s available space and environmental conditions to determine the most suitable and educational growing options. Our assessment considers light levels, space constraints, and objectives to create a farm that serves as both a productive growing space and area for well-being.

2

Tailored Growing Plan

Drawing from our industry knowledge and practical experience, we design growing plans that align with your goals for the space and Singapore’s unique climate challenges. We recommend appropriate crops, growing systems, and maintenance requirements that fit your specific context.

3

Ongoing Maintenance Support

We connect you with trusted maintenance partners who handle the day-to-day upkeep of the educational farm and help it to thrive as both an aesthetically pleasing and productive space, allowing your employees to enjoy the farm and its output rather than having to manage it.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • We offer flexible formats to suit your team’s needs and objectives. Our Farm Experience combines a tour and workshop in a single session (approximately 1.5 hours), while our Farm Tour + Team Workshop provides a more comprehensive engagement through separate tour and workshop components (typically 2 sessions of 1.5 hours each). We also design custom sustained engagement programs for organisations seeking deeper, progressive learning over multiple sessions.

  • Absolutely. Drawing from our involvement in the national Clean & Green standards development and multi-stakeholder analysis, we tailor content to address sustainability challenges relevant to your industry and organisational goals. This customisation creates more meaningful connections between workshop learning and your team’s professional context.

  • We can accommodate groups ranging from small executive teams to larger departmental gatherings. For optimal engagement and learning outcomes, we recommend groups of about 20 participants, though we can discuss arrangements for larger groups through multiple sessions or facilitators.

  • No prior knowledge is required. Our approach is designed to meet participants where they are, creating learning experiences that transform complex environmental concepts into actionable insights regardless of existing knowledge levels. We create safe spaces for honest dialogue about sustainability challenges while ensuring everyone can contribute meaningfully.

  • If it’s light rain, we’ll carry on the tour as usual. In heavier rain, we limit the tour to the sheltered areas and greenhouses — which is where the bulk of the farm work is carried out, so you still get the full experience. We advise all participants to bring hats, umbrellas and other rain gear in case.
